Yes, the warranty is not provided by the fabricator but by the Surface treatment company, in this case, as long as the stone is part of the Max Protection Program and the sealer was properly applied after installation you will be able to register and confirm warranty. 

Natural stones that are part of the Max Protection Program have 3 ways to be identified. The first one is a sticker that goes on the front of all slabs, the second the QR CODES goes on the side of it and the third and final is the mash on the back of the slabs. They all identify the stone as a Max Protection pre-sealed slab.

To have your home under warranty, you will need to register your installation on the portal. Provide the warranty code, provide a proof of application purchase of max protection info on the and please click on the next link and register.

The warranty code is provided on a sticker on each slab, this sticker has a QR Code with a web link that loads all the information and directs to the registration portal. 

In case you can find it you can contact the stone distributor and ask for it providing little information.

Once it’s registered and accepted you will receive a warranty letter along with a step by step program on how to access the guarantee, this file will give you all the details, contact number and communication forms.
